SHIPPING POLICY

Vasa Records provides complimentary shipping for all orders over $75. Orders typically require 5-7 days for processing and shipping. Our office operates Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate, as Vasa Records cannot modify the city, state, or zip code once the package has been shipped.

Vasa Records does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or shipping forwarding locations.

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details, allowing you to track your package during transit. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our aim is to ensure our customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience with us at Vasa Records. If you're not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, please reach out to our customer service at victoria(at)vasarecords.com for assistance. To initiate a return or exchange, you must submit a request, and the product(s) must be shipped back to Vasa Records USA Headquarters within 14 days from the recorded delivery date. Products returned beyond this timeframe will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original shipping address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at victoria(at)vasarecords.com within 2 weeks of placing your order. Upon reporting the lost package, our Customer Service team will collaborate with the courier to initiate an investigation.

Vasa Records is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please verify your mailing details before placing an order.
